ITINERARY(Kuari Pass Trek):
Destination: Tugasi - Talli Forest - Kuari Pass - Gorson Bugyal - Witness the Mighty Nanda Devi Peak - Winter Kuari Pass - Lord Curzon’s Trail
5 Nights/6 Days Tour

Day-1: Drive From Rishikesh To Tugasi | Biginning of The Journey:

Set off early from Rishikesh to Tugasi Village(Joshimath) a scenic town in Chamoli district. Enjoy a 8 -10 hour drive through picturesque landscapes.

Day-2: Trek From Tugasi base camp (2450m) to Gulling (2850m):

Begin the trek from Tugasi base location after breakfast.
Trek through lush forests and meadows, crossing streams and small rivulets along the way.
Reach the Gulling, where you'll set up camp for the night.
Enjoy dinner and a peaceful evening surrounded by nature.
Trek Distance 3km.

Day-3: Trek from Gulling camp site (2850m) to Khulara camp site (3650m):

After breakfast, continue the trek towards Khulara Camp site.
The trail offers stunning views of snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows.
Reach Khulara Camp site , a beautiful camping site with panoramic vistas.
Settle in for the night and enjoy the starlit sky.
Trek Distance 11km.

Day-4: Khullara to Kuari Pass Summit and Back to Camp site:

Ascend to Kuari Pass, reaching an 12,516 feet / 3,815 meters
Enjoy breathtaking views from the summit, including Nanda Devi and other Himalayan giants.
Back to Khulara camp site and Settle in for the night and enjoy the starlit sky.

Day-5: Khulara Camp site - Base Location Tugassi-Joshimath.

Khullara camp site to Tugasi Base Camp by 11:00 AM.
Drive back from Tugasi to Joshimath
Completing the trek.
Note: If weather and snow conditions allow, we will return via Gorson Bugyal or Auli; otherwise, we will retrace our route through Tugasi.

Day-6: Joshimath To Rishikesh:

Distance: 260 km | approx. 9 hours. After breakfast Drive from Joshimath to Rishikesh on the way you can visit Dharidevi Temple. Drop at Rishikesh.

PERSONAL MEDICAL KIT:

Carry these medicines with you, easily accessible at all times. Do not take any medicine unless you have consulted your trek leader.
DIAMOX (1 Strip): It is important to carry Diamox as part of the Live Saving Drugs. on how it reduces chances Acute Mountain Sickness trek.
Dolo 650 (5 tablets): This is a paracetamol. It helps to tackle fever, mild pain
AVOMINE(4 tablets): Carry this especially if you are prone to motion sickness. Pop one-half hour before the start of your road journey.
COMBIFLAM (5 tablets): Take a combiflam if you get sudden twist of the leg or muscle strain. It is pain reliever. also contains paracetamol.
DIGENE (4 tablets): Take it if you feel the food that you’ve taken is undigested. Alert your trek leader immediately. It could be a sign of AMS.
ORS (6 packs): Consume a pack of water at least once day, usually mid-day when you are in the middle your trek. It replenishes essential salts lost while trekking. Tip: also makes cold easier to drink.
KNEE BRACE (optional): Carry this if you are prone to kneeKNEE BRACE (optional): Carry this if you are prone to knee injury or have known issues of knee pain.

ORIGINAL AND PHOTOCOPY OF GOV PHOTO IDENTITY CARD: Anything such as a driver’s license, Aadhar Card, or passport will do. This is required by the forest department for your identification.
